1. GENERAL REFUND RULES

Generally, the fees you have paid for the Services are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

2. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

However, we have decided to provide you with an opportunity to receive a refund (the "Voluntary Refund") if you meet the conditions set out below.

You are eligible to receive a Voluntary Refund if you did not get the expected results with our psychic reading services and all the following conditions are met:

• You contact us within 14 days after you purchased the psychic reading service;
• You have participated in at least one complete psychic reading session;
• You are able to demonstrate that the reading did not provide any valuable insights or guidance as per the requirements stated below in the "How to Demonstrate Dissatisfaction" section.

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE DISSATISFACTION

You can demonstrate your dissatisfaction with the psychic reading service only if you send via our Support Center a detailed explanation of why the reading did not meet your expectations. This should include specific examples from the reading that you found unhelpful or inaccurate. We may also request a transcript of the reading session for review.

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

Please note that only fulfillment of the above requirements allows you to receive a complete Voluntary Refund under our "Money-back guarantee". For the sake of clarity, this "Money-back guarantee" does not apply to any other instances, including, but not limited to, the following cases:

• You changed your mind about wanting a psychic reading;
• You disagree with the psychic's interpretation or advice;
• You expected different information or outcomes from the reading;
• Technical issues on your end prevented you from fully participating in the reading session.
