Live Chat Rules
Effective from: January 1, 2024
Your conversations with astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists or other psychics (the "Psychics") in the live chat section of Psychic Echo (the "Live Chat") are moderated by us and are subject to these Psychic Echo Live Chat Rules (the "Rules").
During conversation with the Psychics in Live Chat you shall abide by the following rules:
- Ask the Psychics clear and specific questions about your concerns and issues of interest. Your questions should go one after another and should not be vague or blurred.
- Do not end the chat without obtaining the answer of the Psychic.
- Be polite to the Psychics. Do not use obscene, offensive or otherwise indecent language.
- Do not insult, harass, humiliate or threaten the Psychics.
- Do not question or criticize the professional qualities of the Psychics. Our Psychics have many years of reading experience and have been carefully selected by us based on their professional knowledge and advising skills.
Every time you violate these Rules you will get a warning from us. If you violate the Rules after the second warning, your access to the Live Chat may be terminated and you may receive a respective notification.
We may also terminate your access to Live Chat without any prior warnings if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Use.
You may challenge the termination of your access to Live Chat by contacting us at our Support Center.
